My Ride: 2006 BMW 525I/TITANIUM SILVER METALLIC/GREY LEATHER INTERIOR/EURO RED REFLECTORS/20% TINT/EURO STICKER/BMW CCA STICKER
It hurts...cant really move it....very very swollen...looks like I have a small goldball in the middle. Anything else it could be? IF it is broken should I go to the doctor or can I just ice it and splint it up myself?

let's see the pic? could be some joint swelling...does it hurt to flex/extend the finger or just stiff due to the swelling? is there a difference in pain if you actively versus passively move your finger? how did you hurt it? how long ago did you hurt it? Did you feel or hear a pop, snap, or crack? it wouldn't hurt to run down to the hospital or urgent care for an x-ray if you have a chance....most likely, sprain or fracture, they're going to splint it or just buddy tape it. Only other real concern is if you avulsed a tendon....GL

Yea Im atually not sure if its broken but ill definetly hit up the doctor. I did it at about 5pm today. Im an avid skateboarder and at this skatepark near me Im going like 30 mph and some little dude is just standing there and I wiped us both out. I pushed my finger/hand into him so thats what did it. I flipped out i started throwing things and what not 
. Its just a stupid a$$ way to get injured.
