When the STI first came out, a guy went for a test drive on a winding road and went over the edge. It rolled a couple of times, and totaled the car. Of course the dealership tried to make the guy pay for the car, but they were not able to. The guy said that sales man kept telling him "Go faster, the car can handle it..."

Serves the bastard right. I hate those dealer lackies. I live near a big Benz dealer... ASC. I see them tearing around in brand new cars for delivery... gunning them at ever light, redlining them, peeling rubber, and flogging these cars on their way to the local gas station. Some are 100K+ AMG cars. It makes me sick to my stomach.
Really makes you wonder what happened when they filled your BMW with gas...
Mine had some coffee splashes on the dash and scratches on the shift knob from a finger ring. A lot for less than 3 miles huh?
