I've ever dealt with! He responds to his emails lightning fast and answers each and every question!
That dude defines CS!
I told him about my issue with my SB and he offered to exchange it for a M5 SB or to exchange my existing one for another one. He said he's never heard of anyone having any problems with an SB and that when an SB is defective, the car on which it is installed won't turn on or be operable.
