not true if the country doesnt have those phone lines etc, or if the country is just breeding terrorists it wouldnt matter. like lets say afghanistan you can stop all their electricity etc but the terrorists wouldnt care they'd still build their own bombs etc.

 

Maybe the technique you describe would work on major world powers but a lot of countries in the world are not as advanced. Perhaps in a hundred years this technique would work on 3rd world countries that shall go unnamed. For now we just have to use the time honored traditional way of killing terrorists one by one. We waste money no this kind of stuff because we don't put a price on freedom. We waste money on this kind of stuff so our brave sons in daughters in the military, defending world freedom, don't get blown up by some coward hiding in behind a rock, too afraid to face us in open combat, a mask over his face because he isn't man enough to show it, waiting to detonate a hidden bomb that they learned how to make in terrorist kindergarten.
