Ya... they are Xenons and are suppose to last a lifetime... and its still under warranty... so its going in tomorrow morning to be fixed...
but man... a light bulb wont last even 2.5 years makes me wonder what else can go wrong... in this and / or the E60

OMG OMG!!! Ok so the light has been out for the past 2 days right? I've been monitoring it too trying to turn it on couple times a day just to see to make sure its consistant and is out....
So today I dropped off the car in the morning at 6:30 and after I stopped then I got out checked and sure enough the light is still out, ok good stay out... then I get a call at 8:30 telling me that everything works fine! The light is ON!!!!!! OMG! what the heck is the car trying to do to me?
I also mentioned that the weather stripping on the side windows (just like the E60) makes a rattling / squeeking noise over rough road... and is fine when I lube it with WD-40 or what not. And they also said they drove the car and they cannot duplicate the problem... I figured thats what they were going to say but HELL the light worked!!!!!! Stupid Car!
Now its going to blow out the first day warranty goes out.
