your hitting gridlock central around that time.
its All about timing, everyone usually clocks out at 445pm and rushes out to the freeway in every direction.
So around 5pm, your either crawling on the freeway or dead stop.

i usually leave either 415pm then u got that 30 min window till rush hour hits.
Or just wait till about 630ish 7pm for it clear up.

But hey, look on the bright side, we got 80 degree weather during the winter.
You cant beat that with bat!
