My Ride: I have an 05 545i. It's a manual with a few options. This is my first BMW but I don't know how I'll ever be able to switch to something else.

California needs this. they are hurting for money, this would bring in some revenue initially just from tourism and taxing of the sale of it. Within a few years of that, i would think more states would adopt the same venture and maybe some smart person out there might realize that you can we could grow this to replace alot of things, like: paper, ropes, etc.

Then they should also quadruple the tax on twinkies and other snacks, that way they get to tax them twice, once for the weed and another for when the get the munchies - perfect, every kid will have a laptop by January.

I think it's a great idea. Alcohol is far far more dangerous than pot and yet it is legal.
