A big scare today

My Ride: 04 525i, 04 Dinan M3
Well I wear contacts usually and glasses when I get home. At work yesterday something happend to my eyes and they got all blurry with contacts in and looked cloudy. I had to go home right away because they were bothering me. So the rest of the day at home it was still bothering me. I figured it would be better in the morning. I wake up and my eye can barely open and water from my eyes is like acid. The right eye is ok just the left eye. The pain has been incredible. I went to the doctor right away, and he tells me 2/3 of my cornia is missing. I'm like wtf and get a sick feeling. So whatever I did must have screawd up the eye pretty good. He said its not as bad as it sounds and should be healed fully within 48 hours. Its only 1 layer of the eye, everyone ever run into some shit like that?

how did this happen did u shave your cornea off putting in your contacts? weird

holy shit phil what happened?? can you read this shit?? i used to wear contacts for years.. i hated it.. i would pass out with them in.. they'd get stuck to my damm eyeballs, burn my eyes, make them all red and shit.. finally i had the lasix and im now 20/10 and my dr said i could be a sniper.. lol.. honestly if you could save the money i would do it in a heartbeat.. best money youll ever spend and you dont have to worry about infections and such issues with contacts no more.. let us know what happened phil! feel better dude

Never heard of that before, Phil. Hope you feel better soon. I too was wearing contacts and glasses for years until I got LASIK. Like Mel said, that was the best money I've spent on my body. Well, if I was a woman, boob job would be the best and LASIK comes in 2nd.

BTW Two of my very close friends got Lasik done, and - like everyone else says - they could not be happier! They did it up on Montreal - apparently, it is like 3 times cheaper there. And you get to hang with some French-speaking chicks, if you play your cards right

i guess its the boat/ navy stuff and all those machine guns on my mind.. sharp eyes..etc.. i dont know? lol
