Just bought these yestarday. http://www.beatsbydre.com/#home
Beats by Dr. Dre made by MONSTER (not the energy drink).
Great sound, I was always on the fence about to buy bose or sony.
Im glad I didnt, so if your looking to spend around $300 on headphones, get these.
You can hear them at any best buy or apple store.
Thought I'd share

Looks pretty cool. How much did they end up costing you?

Have you considered Sennheiser headphones?

I don't know I have my Sony MDR700DJ and they are THE BEST MOST ACCURATE headphones I've ever heard. They require a lot of power to drive them though, so iPod battery dies in like 30 mins with them at full volume. But at home, plugged into my Marantz -

BTW Anyone wanna buy a DJ mixer? I have a 3 line Vestax battle mixer - barely used. Few years old but in perfect working order...

I also got these B&O earphones for the iPod - for a small set of earphones - absolutely the best sound I had someone from HK ship them to me, as they are apparently only a 100 bucks there (I think in the U.S. they are like 300 - don't even know the MSRP). Really good sound though, well worth the money.

They were $299 plus tax

I have heard about Sennheiser headphones because they have a pair for $1,300.
But I dont think there is anywhere in San Antonio that has them.
I would have to hear them in person before I buy.
