Joe, don't take this the wrong way as I mean it in a constructive manner. Clean up your writing/spelling skills, i.e. even with your initial post as I realize this is just a post on a BMW board to get some frustration out BUT someone could possibly read your post and be looking for someone but quite honestly the way you write in the post could turn a prospective employer off.
