Who's planning on investing in these once they've hit a store near you? I plan to get the iPhone, looks amazing, any comment on that?
Check them out on: www.apple.com
I really like the idea of the iPhone = iPod Video + Phone + Pocket PC Capabilities (Email, Internet, etc)
Who's getting one?

Hawt damn! I saw the vid for the iTALK. I'm hoping that they make a version for Verizon (CDMA). I was told that it will be available for Cingular (GSM). Both are US cellular carriers.

I love apple, I'll be getting these as soon as I can as well. As for the specs, they are on apple's website, but it looks like they're going to offer a 4GB and 8GB model.

Hell no I'm not getting an iPhone. What a joke. And people thought the PS3 was a crazy value proposition at $599. We don't even know if it's going to be an "open" platform yet. Apple is essentially doing nothing more than making a touchscreen PDA/Smartphone with a 20+ year old OS ported to it. They just happen to have a nice hype machine and the rights to use the magic word "iPod". It remains to be seen whether or not they have made a more usable interface. As usual, battery life is the enemy for this sort of device, and I doubt their claims - meager though they may be.
Too bad they don't have rights to use the name "iPhone" yet. Whoooo - my sides. I hope Cisco is really sticking it to them.
I'm not doing the Apple video distribution either - the vids have to be in your iTunes/QT library. Rather have an agnostic solution like the newly announced SlingCatcher from Sling Media. Will be under $200.
