This is a country where McDonalds gets sued because their coffee is hot... Lawsuits get filed every day, most go nowhere. This is only news because it's Apple and the iPhone. The HTC-manufactured Nexus One has the same issue, as it sold dismally no one cares...

I guess Apple really did find a bug, but seems some of the tech press are skeptical that they really discovered the issue:

GUys I really don't care anymore. I just listed my iPhone 4 on ebay for $1000 
I'll keep my old one and sell the new one for profit for mods
