now i just take 2 'ripped fuel' before workouts and a protein powder shake afterwards and thats it. most of these supplements are all hogwash anyway.

i used no explode for a while (drank alot of water as well)...and got kindney stone (worst pain ever...drank tons of beer and pissed em out )...after that i said forget it...only supplement i take is protein shakes...

I don't know if you need that stuff El. I need nothing to push me at the gym, and I am 6'4" 255lbs and since lifting heavy for the last 8 months again I have been benching 350 - 4 sets of 15, no problem. Eat sensibly and you'll be fine, hell even have some junk every now and again.

just drink coffee 30 mins prior to workout. I used to take Superpump and NO explode. I got a major rush but over time I started to develop a migraine everytime I took it.

Well, I have been working out pretty much since I was 14. You shoulda seen me my Senior year of HS, 425 x 4 sets of 12 on the bench, 280lbs with less than 7% body fat (measured in tub test). Now I am just a little guy
