Sea Ray ranks highest in customer satisfaction in a recent JD Power report.
From the press release:
Express cruiser segment (24 to 33 feet)
With particularly high ratings in product quality, owner loyalty and dealer sales and service, Sea Ray ranks highest among express cruiser boats for a fourth consecutive time. Regal, with substantial gains from 2005, and Rinker follow Sea Ray in the rankings, respectively.

Coming from Newport, RI - A boating center of the world, I know boats.
They are nothing but a hole in the water to which you pour money into.

Sounds good!
Different people have different perspectives... I live to enjoy and I learn from my mistakes, if buying a boat is a mistake or not i'll be able to tell you next year after one year of ownership, one thing is for sure - you can't measure pleasure with money.
