Every 4th of July weekend we head off on a trip someplace and this time we finally decided to do a history trip.

We leave Friday for Normandy to see the beaches and and what is left of the pill boxes and bunkers. Sunday we leave to Verdun to the memorial were the German Army buried the French alive by shell bombardment in a trench. You can still see the bayonets sticking out of the ground. Monday we stop in to Luxembourg on our way back home to see Pattons grave.

Just curoius if anybody else would be out that way.
