The only meteor I managed to photograph during today's meteor storm is shown below. It's a merge of 4 different images which is why you see 4 different trails. Each image was an 8 second exposure and my camera was set to take one image every 10 seconds. So this thing took about 40 seconds to get across the sky. I couldn't be bothered to stay outside watching, so I just left my camera alone. It was clamped to the bathroom window ledge and had mains power so I just let it get on with it I'm so glad I didn't put in any effort. It was hugely disappointing even though it only took me 5 minutes to set the camera up
