A German newspage says the autopsy made sure she didn't die at drugs, alcohol or violence but at a natural death

I bet it's one of the above, most probably drugs, or some mix of them.

The article says something different.
They have not yet found any proof for drugs or any other crime to be tha cause of her death.
In 3-5 weeks they have the final results and know for sure.
