Big fan of WD-50. Just went to a similar place in Scottsdale, Arizona called Posh. Many unusual cooking techniques - freezing, foams, sous vide - and very odd food pairings like Hamachi with a watermelon gelee and chives, and but it all works. The food tastes great, not just showing off the technique.

If you haven't been, I would recommend trying it. Not cheap, but good fun.
it is quite nice, I had dinner there a few weeks ago and enjoyed it, the new decor was very nice too

A very good place. Went a few days ago. Had the Jumbo lump blue crab cakes. Not the best but still decent. I urge all you New Yorkers to try this place out.

I'm I the only one that can't stop thinking about WD-40 when I think about/read about the restraunt with the similar name? Hey Mr. Ad man, what's your take on that name? Good idea? Bad idea?

The name is derived from the Chef/ Owner's initials and the address. But I too, always think WD-40.
