why is this over the top? tow truck companies are notoriously douchey. You take my time, I am gonna take yours. I have no problem paying for something i did wrong (parking illegally) bu these places are usually tough to deal with.
Why not bring down all those pennies?

i wouldnt have the guts to do this, but i agree one asshole move deserves another, i live outside philly (watch Philly Park Wars) and work in the city and i get ticketed all the time, even when my produce delivery company drivers make deliveries in the truck, where are they supposed to park in the busy city,"sorry this is a passenger loasding zone" give me 5 minutes to make my delivery!
