Not necessarily, Pingu. Right now, Toyota actually has that spot - and as they signed the Concorde agreement they are actually still contractually obligated to field a team in 2010, or, alternatively, to cough up $150 million if they forfeit. BMW did not sign the Concorde agreement - and thus Sauber falls behind Toyota in the pecking order for that 13th spot. Toyota, of course, is done - so they are likely to sell their spot, and it is rumored that it will be sold to a team other than Sauber. None of this is certain, of course, but it is far from a done deal that Sauber will be in F1 next year. It may well play out that they are, but it's essentially in Toyota's hands, not Peter Sauber's...
