someone should call and see what this guy is all about...what's the worst that could happen, everyone is right and it's BS....but what if it is legit?

I'm calling BS on this....He put down 10k it says....So if I was to go to the dealer and put down 10k on a new m5, my payment would only be $800....Sure doesn't sound right.....$1300 a month, puts 10k down and drops payment to $800...NO WAY!!! 
I don't see how 10k would drop your payment down $500!!!
