Only drive home if she has a gun and is ready to use it.? LOL.? Then you can shoot them w/o much trouble w/ the law.

Haha, j/k of course.? Burgess is right, drive to the police station and have them ready on the cell phone!

The problem with shooting is even in a justified shooting you may spend up to $50,000 in legal fees just to get a no bill from a grand jury. Driving to the police station is the best solution, but in Tallahassee you could get her a concealed handgun license just in case.

2.? I made sure her mace / pepper spray keychain works.? She's happy with that.

Caution her to carry the pepper spray in her hand, not the keys. I see women holding onto their keys with the pepper spray dangling. A prudent person would do just the opposite and carry the pepper spray with a finger on the trigger and the keys dangling. The bad boys will pay close attention to such a detail.

BTW how did you get the numbers on the back off?

A hair dryer and dental floss will do the job. Be prepared to spend 15-30 minutes cleaning the residual adhesive off the paint.

The numbers, soaked the numbers with Goo - off really well. Took a fishing line and the came right off. Do it early before the paint fades the numbers in.

Also, I'm an ex-Special Operations guys in the Army. Trust me, I taught my wife how to take care of herself, but with most people, we get comfortable in our own neighborhoods. Did you know most accidents happen within 3 miles of your home? Its where we feel most comfortable and drop our guards.

Anyway, she is still a little shook up. I actually underestimated the affect of what happened... My ignorance.

A pic... auhh..... get sick a go see her at the hospital!

Kick'em where it hurts!

Hell even a lollipop stick/pen or pencil can be deadly.

Expect it when you least expect it but be prepared.

Think like "Charles Bronson" or "Chuck Norris"

Hey is there any way to debadge so that the two sided tape stays on the emblem?

I'm not familiar with yank-speak. Is "homeboy" similar to redneck?

Homeboy would be a young man of African-American heritage.

I didn't get the impression that it was two-sided tape when I removed my badge.

Nowadays "Homeboy" can mean black, white or other, it's really a style of clothing i.e. baggy pants, baseball hat, oversized shirt etc. "gang banga look"

JDN, isn't it two sided (double sided) tape cut to the shape (at the factory or premolded double tape) that holds the emblem in place? If not what would you call it?
