Cool

OK I've been saving my 1000th post for a special occasion and its a big one!!!

My wife is pregnant!

Guess that means I have to cut back on my future car plans unless they involve a baby seat.

Congrats! Can't recall what we used for them as infants but my kids quickly moved to Britax and we have used them ever since. Great seats, highly rated...

Hey man - big congrats to ya.

From my experience, a nice infant carrier to start (i think we had a graco that was ranked one of the safest at the time) and are now moving on to a Britax shortly.

After safety, the next piece we looked at in a car seat was if the seatbelts got tangled easily - that can be very irritating after like, the 2nd time of strapping the lil one in. Britax = nice seatbelts.

Enjoy your freedom now =)

Recaro was my first thought too! My mother had the racing seats in her old car then I saw the baby seat version...haha. Britax...I guess I should be more patriotic and get that

Actually now I have to decorate the future baby room...bye bye office....
