Check this out, read this article. Didn't believe it so I did a house search. Houses for $100 in Detroit.

Average house price is $11k now. A guy and me at work have been wanting to drive a truck thru something. Maybe we will buy a house to drive a truck thru. Road trip?

Been in Detroit on business and if you ever wondered whether Gotham City is real and if it's really like that, dirty and crime ridden, the answer is yes it's real and it's called Detroit

Yikes. A guy I know works for Chrysler. They're shutting the local plant and he fears he'll be transferred to Detroit.
