I like 3-series, but it's too small for me (191 cm, 115kg). Actually I think that present 3 is better looking than 5, but I think that 3 is more "juvenile". Maybe we (men) never grow old?
Best of the best... Hard question... But best five is maybe easier.
Not in any order:
AC Cobra 427 S/C Blue W/black interior
DeTomaso Pantera GTS Maybe with BB rather than original 351C
-70 BOSS Mustang 429 SOHC
BMW M1 White
e60 M5 silver gray
M6 I have left out because in that list I have enough coupes.
If I can add few more:
Sierra Cosworth RS500
Escort RS1800 (BDA) -75-80 Diamond White
Kawasaki ZX12-R
Range Rover 4.4 Vogue
Cobra at least is over my budget if I don't win in lottery (fat change ), but others in limits, one at the time. I don't even have a place for all of those.

[/quote]The C-Class is a car for very old men (except the C55 AMG) the E46 attracts a much younger crowd over here..
You could say the same about the E-Class but you see more of the same people driving them (old grey men )

Before I bought the E60 I had a C and an E for a week each to try them out. Although I loved the dash in the E, the thing drove like a boat. The C however was fantastic. If it would have been bigger I would have gone for that.
I looks and drives great.
The thing is, to elaborate on my earlier point, that the top of the range models are mostly nice anyway. I love the 3 convertible and the M3CLS, aswell as the C55, but given the choice between a basic 318i and a C180 it'll have to be the Merc.

Nice car! It just miss six cylinders.
Think that some day someone try to do that to e60?! Older cars are nice because you just need basic handtools to make them work. You don't have to be computer geek to make it tick. Like to compare cockuu clock to Casio!
