The best part to "Quantum of Solace", is that it picks up 20 or 30 minutes after "Casino Royale" ended. 
As for who is the best Bond, Daniel Craig (Blond, James Blond) is just like the character was written by Ian Fleming (blond hair aside), and the newest movies are also finally like his stories were written too. In his books, Bond was the luckiest man alive, and also quite reckless, it's a pleasure to see the movies finally align with the books, they are much more entertaining!
