As far as I've known, Hella didn't release the LCI halogen directly.
I have pre-LCI xenon lamps from Hella, but I need your VIN to see fitment.
Hella released pre-LCI xenon for some year, but doesn't cover all years.

If Hella doesn't sell what you are looking for, you need to buy BMW genuine lamp.

Just want to make sure the definition.
(Because I see many are :confused: )

This is HELLA OEM lamp, Original Equipment Manufaturer parts.
Hella is the BMW lamp manufacturer, and the lamp comes from Hella in Germany.
Hella logo, but no BMW logo.

BMW OE lamp, Original Equipment parts.
Hella makes this one too, but the lamp has BMW logo (also Hella logo together).
BMW dealers sell this one.

Same company, Same product from Same manufacturing line,
but some become BMW OE after being supplied to BMW.
and some become Hella OEM after being released from Hella directly.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO difference between the Hella OEM and the BMW OEM except the packing, logo and price!

In your opinion having seen them both would you go with the 6 or 6.1?

I am not sure that I understood your question correctly.

If you ask about fitment, yes, V6 and V6.1 works perfect with the lamp.
If you ask which one would be better, it totally depends on your appetite. :thumbsup:

Do I need to buy any bulbs for the tails, or will the non-LCI bulbs transfer over? Sending payment for you now...

You don't need any bulb for the tail.
The tail is complete set.

But, if your E60 is non-LCI, you need Bruce cable.

Bottom line:
LCI E60 just needs this tail lamp.
Non-LCI E60 needs the tail lamps AND Bruce cable.

How long for shipping?

just to ease everyones mind i bought mine from double s a little bit ago and i got in to the PNW in the US in about 4 days in perfect condition

i love mine and the price was awesome
