As for the second pair, that's not a bad deal. The two things I wonder about are: 1) Does it have the puddle LED light? 2) Does it Auto-Dip when going in reverse? I actually don't care for #1, but #2 is ideal. Not having it means curb-rash caused by wife.

Maybe it's me, but doesn't that first pair look like the E39 M5 mirrors and not the E60?

So do you guys know how the mirrors work by years?
I have a 04 530, how do I know if the mirrors will work on my car?

My Ride: 2007 E60 530i
Color: Jet Black/Black Anthracite
STEP | Sport | Premium | NAV | Logic 7
EXTERIOR:
M-Tech Kit | M5 Mirrors, Trunk Finisher | Jet Black Kidney Surrounds | Madico Charcool Tint 54%, 35%
LIGHTING:
Euro-Headlights | Euro-LCI Tail Lights | AiB V3.0 | Solaris Invisi-bulbs | OEM LED Plate Lights
PERFORMANCE:
Porterfield R4-S Brake Pads | K&N Air Filter
WHEELS & SUSPENSION:
Work VS-XX 20x9, 20x10 | Toyo T1R 245/30/20, Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 295/25/20 | KW V2 Coilovers | Rogue Engineering 15mm Spacers
I have a feeling the replicas are going to have design differences similar to how some aftermarket kidney grilles look different. In addition to them looking slightly different than OEM, the wiring scheme between pre and post 09/2005 builds will also be an issue.

Received the other response. The one on eBay sold by mstyleuk are apparently compatible with all cars up to 2007. Cant see how that can be.

Please note that similar mirrors are already available in the UK. Two things that I found out 1. You must swap the motors from your current mirrors into these. 2. These do not have heated or anti-glare mirrors, you will need to buy M5 originals if you want those.
This seems like false economy if you ask me.
