ats77 is not filing lawsuits, but Hamann is looking at it and thinking about. 
BTW, ats77 is a lawyer and Hamann importer for Hungary.
The thing is, we have so far not taken any actions against replicas here on the forum, but it is clearly a violation of our terms of use!
