Hi,
I was hobby racing at Zandvoort recently and a friend - who is a professional tuner in NL has built custom stainless steel quads for his e60. He would be interested in re-producing this product if there is market for it.
Since it is stainless steel, it has lifetime guarantee. The client can decide if he wants the pipes to be silent or not.
So this poll is a help to everyone here to see who may be interested in a group order\purchase which will make the project feasible. It would be something that would be tested by other forum members in NL and then approved to be shipped all over the world.
The fit does of course come with the M5 bumper package.
Price range he estimated would be in the area of 700 euros for the exhaust excl. M5 bumper.
Looking forward to the pol results.

VERY VERY INTERESTED...and as soon as (if) we get this thing going i'll be paying....
By the way: is it really necessary to have the M5 bumper since i'm on low budget at this moment .
Have the ///M tech bumper and should just change the lip of it.
Let me know and thanks for the lovely proposition! Finally from somebody nearer to my place (otherwise i thought about mstyle in UK, but thats a little too far away if you ask me )

Yes it would fit on the standard M-bumper as well that shouldnt be an issue.
And yes certainly before anyone would buy one, they would first see a video for the sound and some pictures.

We should need to do it with the mtech, which i liked a lot in first place already .
Thanks for your help and lovely proposition again. By the way: does he do the custom lip for mtech for the quads too?

I'm certainly interested, but wouldn't your friend have to create a separate quad system for the 550/545s? The exhaust systems for 545/550s are not the same as the 530/525s.

My Ride: '05 545i - scheduled for ED pickup in Munich on 7/22!
Would it be 2 mufflers (like the RDSport exhaust and M5 exhaust) or 1 muffler + 1 fake muffler (like the Eisenmann and Hamann quads)?
