Hello everyone! Todd approachedme over at mfestforum.com not long ago after seeing the overlay roof we made for an E92...pictures seen below:
So Todd just said...."What about us E60 guys???" Well, the masses have spoken. I never knew there would be such a demand for this...So here's the deal after reading this thread...Looks like we definitely need to make this sunroof-less...but to do so...an actual replacement of the entire roof has to be made...Are you willing to do that? This will cost thousands of dollars per roof...I don't know if that's feasible for many.
I'm a guy who's always in for a very good and affordable deal, which also reflects through my business transactions. If it was just made with CF overlay and reinforced with FRP, we're looking at the $500 range + shipping. Fitment guarantee (as long as your current roof hasn't been flipped over) and all that good stuff will apply. I will confirm actual pricing tomorrow with my CF tech. I'll only need 5 guys on this. Todd took the first spot, who's next? =)
I'm sure this post has opened a tonload of more wondering minds. I have wide open ears...=) Your call guys, I'm just a waiter in this CF Restaurant =)!!!

It certainly WOULD be an improvement over a "standard" black painted roof!

Hmm well if any of you know how to get ahold of these guys at euro dyne let me know.. Left a voicemail at their office this morning and pm'd them and no reply yet. I'd LOVE to have this on my ride before a car show I'm in on December 7th.
