The ET17 offset version sits 11mm further OUT vs. the ET28 offset version. So essentially it's the same thing as running the ET28 offset wheel with 11mm spacers. As long as it does not rub the fender lip (which I don't think it would) it should be fine. Maybe Joe and others who have run the standard ET28 offset 166's with spacers can comment.
Here's the part number of the ET17 offset M6 version from the ETK. It should be available, however, I don't know if your contact can give you the same price on them as he can with the ET28. If anyone is planning on running spacers with the ET28 offset wheels then it would be worth it to pay a little more and get the ET17 ones so that there would be no need for spacers.:

is this still going?? I'm like 15 min from Silver Spring so I'd def jump on this....
This has not gone anywhere. I'd just order these rims from Garry from BMW Newport (find his info in classified). He got the best price.

Are the 166 wheels cast or forged. Thanks
Alloy, cast, forged and polished. 8.5 x 19 245/35R19 front, 9.5 x 19 275/30R19 rear. Not for xi all-wheel drive models.
