Western Union sounds like the Nigerian 419 scams...
If you are really interested in making business here you should know that there have been two vendors who were scammers.
People here on the forum have lost around 100K $ !!!
And they mostly have lost if for M-Tech Kits...
Now you come out of the blue offering a bumper with SUCH rules...
You should re-think your strategy.
