I dono about the law over there. But if I get it insured, I will have to state the full amount, and there will be tax. So its the buyer's choice. But like I said, its about 100USD. This includes me buying boxes and bubble wrap and styrofoam to pack your splitter. 100USD is fairly low, I did not think about the boxes and stuff when I mentioned 100USD, until yesterday. But I think it won't go over 100USD, even if it does, it won't be like 190USD or something, it'll still be in the low 100s. Also tracking number will be provided. EMS is like USPS.
