Note : BMW have put the prices up for the lights in the EU so the price has just gone up from 365 EUROS to 390 EUROS including shipping. The parts I use for the cables are still the same price so no change there.

There is no shipping costs included for the cable because its included in the lights. The lights come from Germany directly. So if you just need the cable then UK shipping is free.

What is the total price with shiping in US DOLLARS, because the price of each taillight is 251.65 each plus shipping from garry.

Can't tell you the price of the lights or the cables in US Dollars because that money doesn't work here in the UK or the EU Prices for a pair of the EU style lights are 390 EUROS including shipping on this Group Buy. But then you need to add the cost of the cable to it too.

sorry for the ignorance but i would consider this IF this kit with whatever v5 cable is in it, is plug & play with the pre-lci models. Are there any errors? Is everything ok? I mean really OK? Why is that cable so expensive? It's as expensive as the light itself which is a bit weird.

The problem is most people don't realise that its not two bits of cables that you are buying. These are OEM BMW cables which a control box built into them and there is a lot of expensive electronics involved in them too. Plus ofcourse the time it takes to put these things together and test them before you receive your cables. See picture http://forums.e60.net/index.php?showtopic=...st&p=560858
Are there any errors : No, everything should work as normal. And it is completely plug and play with no dealer installation required.
The other option to get these working is the BMW retrofit route - which if you think this is expensive wait till you hear how much that option costs.
