Interesting, so it sounds like the V1 was at the setting that the V2's red mode is. Oh well, I wonder if the remote harness can be removed and have the V2 function once you set it to the mode you want?

no HP gain, no gain 0-60, no quarter mile gain... just faster acceleration. hmmm seems sketchy to me ;(
rather just press the gas harder on a green light than spend $300 on something that does it for me, i'm lazy but not that lazy

It's not sketchy. It's just that a lot of people like it. Our throttle is drive by wire so it requires a little bit of time for it to reach full throttle. I honestly do not like it since I have a heavy foot already AND also a DINAN Stage 2 ECU Remap. It breaks my neck! LOL

this is what some ppl say 4 years ago when I was the 1st person to install the SBv1.
I can tell you now it is not the same and if it is then why would they make it to con us lol

also I had it in my old E60 and my smart for 2, can not live with out it.
Unless you are planning to mod the ECU

you will not need it if you have the DINAN stage 2 that is more powerful than SB

did you try the new SBv2 with the DINAN ?
I like to know how it feels.
