Alright guys, just got back from RPI, The scoop from the M5 fits perfectly for the 545
Got mine put in while i was there and took the longer way back to work ,
There is definitely some difference after 50mph on the freeway and once you cross 70 the throttle response is completely different from before.
Also one thing i noticed was that it was holding the rpms better after 70mph
and if you shift down like calton mentioned make sure you have open road ahead of you because it just takes off.
I have to get a V1 now
Eloy is giving 40% off for the test fitters and he said the 545 single scoop will be up on the website for $99

Ok folks, 545i volunteer has been fulfilled. We've got Tom (FLY550i) going there for a fitting. We still need a pre-LCI 550i. Any volunteers? Remember you're getting 40% off for volunteering. If you're (pre-LCI 550i) interested, call RPI - Eloy: 562-630-5966 for an appointment.
Thanks again.

I just spoke to Eloy. He's currently out of the RPI scoop, but is in the process of manufacturing another batch. It should be available within 1-2 weeks. I'm waiting on a response from him regarding a group buy. I'm still waiting fitment results for the pre and LCI 550i.
So, if you're on this list and NOT interested, please reply and let me know so I can take you off. Ideally, I'd like to be able to give Eloy a list of folks who are interested in buying, that way we get first dibs when they're available.

Pricing of the ram air scoop is $99. The 40% discount ONLY applied to the first of EACH model that test fits. We will also dyno the cars. Since this is a very low cost item, we dont have too much room to play with as far as group buys so what I will do is offer free shipping within the continental US (UPS) and Canada (USPS). Initial production run will be only 25 units and they will be shipped in the order of this list.
