I would probably just stick with paypal.....while they may be making you jump through hoops now....once it's done you will probably be ok....it's the most widely accepted form of sending money online...so you don't have a lot of choices...

I agree, but currently I feel like been under arrest with hands tied behind the chair ....ohhh shit
What about Google Checkout, is this an equal to paypal solution? There are some members PMed asking to pay via Google Checkout instead of paypal.

What have people been using to change out the front orange bulbs. Nick was nice enough to give me the name of Solaris Invisbulbs, but kind of pricey. Plus the site was confusing because it had pictures of the bulbs to select from?? who does that... ...give me a model numer!
I also called the dealer today and they have the '08 model ones but the side markers were only chrome tipped, which I hear is not as good as the all Chrome.....but they were half the price. I am just looking to see if others are happy with these or if there is a better place to buy them. Has anyone had luck with the dealer ones?

The invisibulbs are a bit pricey so take a look on Ebay and you can find similar bulbs for cheaper. Selecting the bulbs by picture is actually pretty helpful because BMW has changed the socket over the years since the E60 came out so it's best you remove your turn signal bulb to check what socket you have and then look for a replacement bulb.
I purchased a set of the dealer ones with the chrome tip but i didn't like them because you could still see the orange so i returned them.
Hope this helps.

You can just peel the orange off the bulbs with acetone. It blinks a little whiter than before but it eliminates the amber look when you look from the front of your headlight. It takes some time to get all of it off, but that is what I did for all of the bulbs on my car. I had previously purchased the solaris bulbs and they do not blink bright enough. Hope this help!!
