I'm sorry but I have to put this out there: I'd like to be assured that I'm not receiving some other vendor's 2nd class lights that he purchased from somewhere else. If they're not official, 1st run, 1st class, absolutely perfect BMW OEM Hella, Made in Germany, lights, I don't want them at any price. Yes, I like the idea of these lights, with their "I'll be unique here in the States" amber turn signals, but I'd also be fine with the regular US model lights and can get them from an extremely reliable vendor, Garry from Newport.

I'm just concerned about a few of these posts. I'd like for him to be made aware that this is an opportunity for him if we, the users of probably the most popular E60 forums on the internet, are very satisfied with our purchase. We'll definitely spread the word, but that can work both ways ... We are aware he's purchased lights from other Ebay vendors, instead of directly through Hella or BMW, and we don't want those lights.

Skeeter, this is not a criticism of you in any possible way. I appreciate everything you're doing to secure these lights at a fair price.
No criticism taken...As of right now Heiko, the orignal seller is who were going with...His lights are 100% brand new oem Hella euro spec lights...A few people here have bought the lights from him already on there own before this group buy...I asked the other seller for a price, which was better, but we are finding out they may be second hand...The problem that I have faced is that everything is in german...Heiko speaks english very well and even guaranteed the lights for 3 years...His price as of now is $520 shipped...I asked him today for the final time if he would give us a little better deal...I will let you know if he will give us a better deal, espically since nobody is really buying anything these days....I'm confident that Heiko will give us what were looking for...Pauken4 has emailed a german bmw center, which he's used, to see if we can buy directly from them, but they don't want to ship to the states...He asked them today if they would do it espically for us...So we are awaiting response...If they will not do it, we'll go with Heiko...I think Bruce will send our cables to Heiko and then we will recieve the lights and cables as one package...Thats why this forum is great...Everyone helped look up the second vendor and figure out if he was legit or not...

Thanks
RYan

Thats the route I am taking. With Garry its always OEM or none. Besides I like red turns.

I feel a lot better now -- thanks! I also like that Bruce has had dealings with this gent before. I'm sure he wouldn't take the chance of mailing HIS ALREADY PAID FOR PRODUCTS to him if he wasn't comfortable with him.

Even with that said, though, my fingers are crossed for the BMW Center to come through -- me thinks you'll see even more people sign up then -- but I'll be alright with this Heiko guy as well.

I questioned Heiko about why he bought these lights from people. Apparently sometimes he gets very pushy customers who want their lights in a very big hurry. Hella/BMW have a lead time which some customers do not like or he has over sold himself. Thats when he looks around and buys what he can find and resells them.

If he does get his lights from Hella directly I think he would be a better seller, he responds to every email I send him and as mentioned I've had dealings with him in the past and he was very good. Best of all because I've sold him stuff I know his email, address and telephone number too

Hi,
Krah und Enders is my cooperation. We buy OEM BMW parts in great numbers of peaces. He sell only in Germany, I worldwide predominantly East Europe or Asia. Have you detectives in the forum :-))
My products are all OEM in best quality. No seconds. 100% guarantee
Ryan would the lights cheaper, I can not. Low $ and fee in germany make the lights expensive. When we buy the lights without VAT, can not give guarantee.
Krah und Enders tell me, a man from USA would buy 8 lights set. But no Ryan?

I contacted them on everyone's behalf, as they sold me a set last month. They won't ship the US. I have passed on all info and their quote onto to Bruce and Skeet.

It is a puzzle to me that this forum doesn't have a Gary equivalent in Germany.
