DMS remap group buy
#71
The performance is fantastic , today i had a new shape Audi S4 go for it leaving a roundabout onto a dual carriageway. When i put my foot down i went so fast up his ass that i had to take my foot of the accelerator to get some distance from his car , the chap in the S4 had to pull over to the nearside lane to let me past.
This car is the best Q car i have ever had an even though i miss a high revving petrol engine the overall comfort and space ( touring ) this car offers its bloody fantastic
The chap who did the remap said he was doing around 3 BMW cars a day and there is 3 of them on the road all week , must b a nice earner for them but for the benefits its cheap as chips

DMS are offering E60.net members 25% off their retail prices - so a 535d remap, normally ?1K, would be ?750.? I can get pricing for other vehicles if needed.
Please express your interest below! Any questions on the remap, the process etc. let me know and I'll be happy to get answers. Typically it takes 90mins to 2 hours to do.

Well i finally decided to get doctor D M S to come and cast his voodoo spell on my
535d, and what a spell it is
I'm still smiling after getting out of the car, i still cant believe that the traction control
light comes on in 3rd gear, even when accelerating from 50mph upwards, it now
feels like my m3 did before the recall work was done .
Thanks for organizing the group buy Clive , much appreciated even got them to
come to me and still got 10% off list
Sounds like a wise move!
A few questions if I may: -
How much did it cost?
How long does it take?
Can you remove it if a trip back to BMW required?
I want one
They came to me but i still got 10% (paid 898 inc vat)
10 mins to take out ecu 5 mins to download my map, then it is emailed to DMS who then remap it and emailed it back in about 30 mins.10 mins to upload new map into ecu then its refitted .90 mins tops.

My Ride: 535d Sport in Carbon Black / high gloss shadow line and beige leather / dark poplar with professional nav, bluetooth phone prep, CD changer, bi-xenon adaptive headlamps, servotronic steering, folding mirrors, heated comfort seats, TV, extended voice control and Logic 7 hifi.
The rolling road plot of the demo 535d (which used the same map they put on customer cars) has 334bhp and 507ft.lb. of torque. I think 1/4mile in 13.8 says it all (until I beat that of course ;-) ).
