Mine arrived today too ... tried to tackle install w/o removing the headlights but I guess my paws are too large! Even with a pair of long-nosed pliers it's a no-go. Looks like I'll be grabbing a couple of hours to tackle this over the weekend.

Got mine yesterday. What a pain in the ass to install. I tried putting them in without removing the headlight using long nose pliers. I got them in, but I think they still need a little tightening. I will remove the headlight today and tightnen them. I must say they do look great. Does anyone know if they are supposed to flicker/strobe on start up, because mine do...

If its set to the off position, during startup of the car it does the strobe effect, it just checks the light bulbs, but if its in auto position, it wont do that.

I got mine shipped really quick, but had to wait until this Saturday to install.
I scraped up my hands trying to do it without removing the headlights.
After giving in, I decided to remove the headlights. I had to search for a Torx 15 and 25 bit. The Torx 15 is used to loosen the bottom portion of the headlight. I used a 1/4 bit driver with extension, as a standard screwdriver legnth wasn't long enough. I didn't have full remove the light. I just pulled them forward enough to get the angelbright installed.
They look fantastic! Will post pics shortly.
If you want to get rid of the nasty yellow OEM, buy a set of these things.
I scraped up my hands trying to do it without removing the headlights.

yup i did mine without taking the headlights out and cut my hands as well. 2nd time around i wouldnt do it this way lol.
If anyone is interested in a 1 month used Angel I Brights for the e60 version 3.0 im giving mine away for $200 and you will get the matching fog lamps and high beam lights as well. Let me know guys i need to get these sold so i can buy one for the 08 m5. Thanks
