About the blink in my opnion could be SW version or the initial signal that the board computer run to test the taillight bulbs. BTW it will work 100% without fault messages.

Anyway, about the tail lights - I'm going to pass for now. Maybe later if there's another opportunity. Also, I have not seen a picture of these so I would not add my name for a buy sight-unseen. The one thing I had really wanted was the Hamman Quad system but they let me down and never returned calls or e-mail I sent to set up a time of install and they could never give me a total cost either. Oh well. Someone else will get my business.
BTW, I'm back in the US now - moved in January to the Tampa, FL area. I am working at Mac Dill Air Force Base. I miss Europe, I miss the traveling, the laid back life, the friends we left behind, the forum meets, etc. Now I'm dealing with the hour long commute and the traffic. I don't always take the Bimmer - maybe once a week. With gas at over 3 bucks per gallon I drive the 4-cyl truck on a daily basis.
Any forum members in this area? Tampa/St Pete/Brandon? I actually live in Riverview, East of Apollo Beach. Drop me a note if you live nearby.
