The wife seems to like the new F10 look with what reportedly has the M body style. But for me, I'm still on the fence about the new design. Though, it looks like the F10 is growing old with my driving habits and likes.

The reason I am on the fence are the front end air scoop design and rear end tail lights, trunk/bumper, and exhaust. Take a look at the new G37 sedans and you may notice that someone is a copycat. Where's the uniqueness? I'm contemplating a new Sonata since it "looks" BMW like.

Only the phote of the white front is M style the rest are standard, see the M in the flesh and I am sure you will like it, like the E60 with M looks so much better.

Where's the copycat?......The G37's tail lights look nothing like the F10's in my opinion. (Somebody here needs glasses and it certainly isn't me )
The F10's tail lights recall the E34's tail lights from the late 1980's-early 90's (long before Infiniti came to the scene).

That being said, if you look at the all the cars from 10 years ago to today, there are similarities everywhere......Lexus copies BMW, BMW copies Lexus, MB copies BMW, MB copies Audi, Acura copies Cadillac, etc., etc., etc....it's almost impossible nowadays to buy a car that doesn't resemble some other car in some detail.

If you're on the fence about the F10, do yourself a favor and test-drive the car. Here's an intriguing thought.....there's more to a car than just the looks.

...says the current F10 owner...

no disrespect meant, but those who have it are gonna love it and those that don't maybe won't. The conversations on here amaze me sometimes.

Re-read my post....I said if you're on the fence, go test-drive. What's so surprising about that?

I hate the F10 because I can't afford one. So screw you and your damn F10 BMW because E60 RULES!!!!

P.S. - In 2-3 years I will make the following post I'll just do it now and save me the hassle:

I can "swing it" for the F10, but I don't think it is worth it - and not on looks alone...
