Good to know! Not that I'd be in the market for a MB, but just to know that the BMW still does well!! Never would have thought it wouldn't though!

I noticed too. I'm not sure why everybody is saying they never would have expected anything else than 5 stars, since the last one performed poorly. It got 3 stars initially and then 4 after BMW made some engineering adjustments. Glad to see they have addressed this shortcoming!

As far as I can see, BMW have excelled in all areas - Design, environmental and safety.
