Is there a remote start option?

This would seem to be a good option for winter mornings or hot summer afternoons... Does anyone know if there is an option to allow remote start of the engine (using key fob or otherwise)? It's certainly not listed in the UK. I seem to remember seeing the option for F60.

My Ride: My ex-ride: EU '08 LCI 520dA. Space Grey, Sport Seats in Black Leather/Fabric Anthracite, Sport Steering Wheel, A/C with Extended Features, Hi-Fi Speakers, Cup Holders, Cruise with Braking function, Folding Rear Seats, Xenons, Park Distance Control.
No there's not. You need to get into you F10 and start it up.

before...anybody can install a remote start on f10..."they" have to figureout how to do it on a e60 first...has been 6 years allready for our e60 with no one could do it..so... good luck for your f10.....

Took me a while to find the thread again but it turns out I was wrong - this was for an E92 (3 Coupe)...here
Similar electronics to E60 though? This aftermarket meddling is certainly not something I'm willing to subject the new baby to though!
