Again I need some advice to be able to decide whether to add this Sunblind - rear windscreen electric accessory to my F10 order or not.

I found this E34 demo video which shows the functionality:

Does anybody have any practical experience is that accessory good or not worth of spending any money.

you'll need it when you live in dubai, otherwise its a waste of money (in my personal opinion)

Actually the heat issue is not so important in my case, the privacy issue was more in my mind.

Also the question is that how is the rear visibilty from in->out when Sunblind is on ?

I think this option including side window blinds is "must have" ,for privacy and later you would like to sell this car and no problem for visibility at all.

Marginal difference in keeping the interior cool when parked in sun & my kids appreciate it when using their electronic gadgets. However, I haven't bothered adding to my recent F10 order

Can people not see in from the outside? What difference is it than if you were to get a dark tint?

No, you can't see inside from the outside, sometimes even when the windows are down and just the shades are up, so you get the privacy with the fresh air.

Works better at night.
