Congrats, Rudy! The kit was worth the wait -- it definitely makes the car. Looking forward to your review.

Do you know if your dealer is expecting many more cars? I think (but am not certain), that they often wait for a full truckload before leaving the port. In other words, if your dealer doesn't move too many cars, your car may have to wait a bit at the port of entry before it gets on a truck. In my case, my dealer sells a bunch of cars so my car didn't have to wait very long after it cleared the VPC.
Don't worry, before you know it you'll have a car sitting there ready for you to pick up and enjoy!![Thumbsup](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/thumbsup.gif)

That actually makes a lot of sense. They are a very small BMW dealer and probably don't move a lot of cars. Thanks for the info!

Congrats at last Rudy!
Your wallet is about to become a lot lighter very soon!
Can't wait for the juicy details.....
BTW, Rudy, did you test drive the F10 550i before you ordered or are you diving into this thing "head-first?"

I suppose the other possibility is that a truck could bring a load of cars to more than one dealer near you. In other words, a larger dealer might have 8 cars on a truck and the remaining slots can be used for the smaller dealer. All I know is the logical goal would be to not have a half-full (or half-empty
) truck travel too far yet you can't have a customer waiting forever -- especially since the dealer (nor BMW) can't count it as a sale until you take delivery. ![Whistling](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/whistling.gif)

Yup, all makes sense. There are 2 other BMW dealers in the area, so I'd guess that's a strong possibility too. Oh well, not much I can do
