... but after a couple of minutes it's running smooth. What could possibly be wrong? 😅

Vanos solenoid are replaced, so are one injector (leakage) and all the coils and sparkplugs. Disa valves sounds fine but I'm gonna remove the intake and check. Egr is unknown, so are the NOx. Possible carbon clogged intake valves.....

Did you read the DTC codes by chance?

Have you performed a smoke test? What device are you using to read the DTC codes?

 

Using Icarsoft. No, not been doing a smoke test but I've clean the intake valves and egr valve. The intake was fine with very little dirt and the egr valve was also pretty clean to have done almost 130K km. BUT that cleaning led to another problem.....see below post:
