Scroll further down in the F10 section, there is a thread with the PDF. Premium 2 has things like PDC, Navigation Sat Radio, rearview camera etc. I assume the Sport at the beginning is the Sports Package. It is interesting to see that listed as part of the Sports Package is "Increased top speed limiter"!

And pharding, beautiful set-up! I need to call my dealer. Was out there a couple of weeks ago and asked for info which they did not have yet. Sales manager indicated he thought they might offer special incentives to those with leases, allowing us to turn them in a couple of months early with no penalty...
