Thanks for the clarification. What I meant was that If you look at the boot, it is on split levels with huge wheel intrusion.
So while the boot volume may be the same, it does appear to be practically less usable than the car I am currently driving.
There is also no under-floor storage of the type and volume we have in the E60 (the F10 has a bread box sized vault).
Lots of little cubby holes in the centre console though so someone in Munich is listening.
